The Letter Box?

Ive been an online mail artist for some years now, its hard to believe I made my first ATC's over in 2003.
Ive done ATC's, Journals, Inchies, Round Robins, Traveling teddys and all sorts in those few years Ive been swapping. I admit I get some pretty fantastic things through the post.
In my time on swap bot Ive been witness to some pretty fine things other folks have received as well. I admire the craftsmanship some swappers put into their work, each object is beautiful and worthy of its own place in an art gallery.

Here I thought I would pass the days along, review some mail art ive seen posted on the swap-bot main page. Write about the fantastic things my partners have sent me, moan about shipping prices, glare at customs for saying this package is too big and generally write the story of swap bot in all the months to come.

Her name is Lola the Rabbit

Lola the bunny. What an adorable little critter to make for a wish. I love the warm orange fabric this stuffie has been made from, it was what first caught my eye. Its not the spots, I just cant help it. Like a bee to honey I love orange its such a warm colour.
This bunny though looks so well made, she even has a pompom for a tail, which is a really nice tactile touch just like the button eyes and ribbon around her neck. I hope all goes well for this swap and the young girl she has been made for. What a surprize! thank you Flickr user Het_Kleine_Woud for sharing this and the other delightful pictures of your stuffies for me to oogle at and admire. They really are quite lovely to look at bobbing about in the grasses.
